High-performance bandage pads - with Welltex® technology.
The Scandic PK Pads are bandage pads that provide protection and support during exercise, recovery, and transport. The pads are channel-sewn, which allows them to both breathe and mould smoothly around the horse's legs. The outside consists of a stretchy terry fabric that makes the pads easy to wrap as they do not fold, twist, or slide down.
Welltex® technology, embedded into the lining, reflects far infrared energy harnessed from the horse’s body heat. The beneficial effect can help alleviate problems with windgalls, inflammation, and swelling.
The Scandic PK Pads are developed in collaboration with Patrik Kittel.

The Welltex® technology is based on an original, powerful mix of natural minerals. These minerals make our products capable of absorbing and emitting far infrared energy (FIR), harnessed from the wearer’s own body heat. The effect is therapeutic and intended to increase well-being. FIR is known to stimulate blood flow and is often worn for the purpose of relieving stiffness and soreness in muscles and joints.
